Job Title: Construction Director
You will be reporting to the Project Manager /Site Manager
You will work on the construction and pre-commission of the chemical plant, you will be held responsible for the organization and subcontractors.
On a regular base you will lead meetings with the client to revise the progress of the project execution. You will discuss and resolve critical aspects of the project in order to ensure successful completion.
You will give approval and emission for all construction procedures.
You will be held responsible for safety off all employees and to makes sure all HSE proceedings are applied.
You will develop, approve, monitor and carry out the planning and cost control of the construction.
You will prepare weekly progress reports.
In the absence of the Site Manager you will stand in.
Working on selection and managing the team of construction supervisors
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Industrial Engineering and will have at least 10 years of experience and working as a Head of Construction and at least 5 years of experience in turnkey projects.
Strong English language skills are required
