Job Title: Succession Planning Specialist
Leads the development and continuous updating of the corporate succession plan for senior management positions and other key positions that require leadership, coaching, mentoring, and other career development programs, taking into account short and long term competency requirements of the Bank.
Maintains an ongoing awareness of current and future trends in employee development, leadership development, succession planning, and training and development to ensure best practices are considered by the executive in response to changing business needs and priorities
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Adult Education or Human Resource Management or another related discipline
3-5 progressive experience with higher levels of responsibility
• Experience designing and/or delivering career planning programs and associated assessments
• Experience in using competency models and tools
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated experience communicating in writing and verbally to large groups; executive level or external contacts
