Compensation & Benefits Manager
Our client, a bank in Riyadh seeks to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Manager. Responsibilities are:
· Manages the compensation function for all Bank employees.
· Responsible for administration of employee benefits across the Bank.
· As needed, provides special guidance and assistance to all locations on various employee compensation programs and benefit plans.
· Surveys industry and/or region to determine Bank's competitive position in employee compensation and benefits.
· Develops, recommends, and installs approved, new, or modified plans and employee benefit policies, and supervises administration of existing plans.
· Plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies, procedures, in order to be responsive to the Bank's goals and competitive practices.
· Assures thorough audits, reports and personal contact that Bank compensation programs and benefits plans are consistently administered in compliance with Bank policies and government regulations.
· Develops cost control procedures to assure maximum coverage at the least possible cost to Bank and employee.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource management or related Personnel/Human Resources fields, psychology, or education.
A minimum of Ten (10) years of professional level experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in Compensation & Benefits area, and five (5) years' managerial and supervisory experience
Special Requirements: Mathematical aptitude, analysis skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with top management
