Job Title: HR Director
Our client based in KSA is looking for Arabic & English speaking candidate to work as HR director for their HR division. The candidate will be MBA, within excellent communication skills & ability to lead, guide and motivate a successful team. Candidate must have 5 to 10 years of working experience as HR Manager or HR Director. The role would be require administering various HR plans like Recruitment, Training, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation etc. The candidate will also be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling all activities of the departments. Maintaining the HRIS records and proficient with latest recruitment practices, training and development, compensation and benefits will be added responsibilities.
