Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyors / Commercial Managers
Job Details: The client are urgently seeking talented Senior Quantity
Surveyors and Commercial Managers who wish to challenge
their skills and experience delivering prestigious
residential, hotel and leisure developments in Dubai,
Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.
Must be qualified with 10+ years experience within
construction contracting with 3 years on hotel projects /
luxury high rise residential developments (overseas
experience is a distinct advantage)
He will be an expert in his field who is capable of
managing all commercial aspects of the construction
process, from pre-contract cost planning, tendering,
negotiation and award to post contract administration,
change management, contract close out and resolution of
claims with knowledge of associated forms of contract e.g.
FIDIC.
A proven team leader with a natural propensity to earn the
trust and respect of the project team, contractor and
consultant team and all stakeholders
Highly motivated with excellent communication,
interpersonal and IT skills
A strong ability to manage demanding clients
A solid knowledge of building construction, foundation
engineering, high grade architectural finishes and MEP
installations.
A strong ability to motivate and manage staff and mentor
junior staff
