Functions: Due to successful recent project bids and company growth they are now seeking a highly experienced candidate to fulfill the below criteria and contribute further to the growth of this dynamic and forward thinking company.

The candidate will : - Lead the architectural engineering design, proposals, contracts, and quality teams in the bidding for, an implementation of awarded projects ;
- Manage with business sense balanced and intelligence relationships within the company to develop the E&C Division while also supporting the development of other division of the Group ;
- Develop a strong E&C organization with the right people in the right position including maximizing the use of local people with appropriate training ;
- Have in place Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance plans for all projects consistent with the requirements of any applicable laws or contractual obligations ;
- Ensure that the ethics and values of the group are institutionalized and practiced in the E&C Division ;
- Prepare and present to the CEO proposed work programs and budgets ;
- Manage the buying and disposal of assets ;
- Prosecute and defend any litigation or administrative proceeding arising out of operations.

Requirements: - Must have at least 10 years experience in managing EPC contracts with well known companies and clients
- Must have a strong engineering design in electromechanical projects/plants
- Must have construction management experience for valuable projects
- Must have a Middle East / Gulf experience with oil and gas organizations or clients such as Aramco, Sabic, ADNOC, ADMA etc. or equivalent overseas brand names
- Graduate of mechanical / electrical Engineering from a reputable university
