Job Details: Principle Accountabilities

1. Contributes to planning for new store openings by
ensuring that all resources required are listed in the
plan
2. Carries out the correspondence for tenders &
contracts to ensure contracts have been secured for all
planned stores.
3. Coordinates the arrival of the equipment with
every one involved e.g contractors
4. Plans, schedules orders & contracts to deliver on
time to ensure all work is done as per planned time.
5. Plans, schedules construction to enable monitoring
and follow up, in order to ensure work is done as per
standards required.
6. Carries out inspection of leased property (box) &
reports back to director to ensure it is in a condition
expected.
7. Coordinate with project team to ensure
installation of all equipment including shelving, POS
equipment etc takes place according to plan
8. Coordinate efforts in order to ensure a smooth
handover of new stores to operations
9. Ensures the plan for the number of new stores
opened has been executed effectively (number of stores,
scheduling..etc.)
